rebecca and gerrit met us at balboa park for a gorgeous engagement shoot. they were so great to work with, and super cute together! i didn’t have to say anything at all - they were all cuteness together!
you may be wondering why there is a part 1 for an engagement session, well… you will have to wait and see, but let’s just say that they ditched the dressy clothes and had some fun!

[...] gerrit and rebecca had a gorgeous - “sound of music” inspired wedding in la jolla, california. the reception was at an old historic home, the darlington house, which really put me in the old time feel of it all. after a trip to the la jolla coves for some rolling green hills overlooking the ocean, we topped it all off with some amazing details from heather of amorology and twigg botanicals! it was so perfect how well it worked - there were girls in white dresses, copper kettles, apple struedels, even raindrops hanging and sprinkled on the roses! - it made an already beautiful wedding just extra special with a gorgeous theme behind it! i also got to work with some of my other favorite vendors in california - benny ek videography and crown point catering.
